The Haitian man — who allegedly chopped off the arms of his estranged wife in Hanover Monday morning — has been taken into custody.
Justin Cisceron was apprehended at his home in St James, according to police.
He’s been transported to the Ramble Police Station, in Hanover, where he’ll be questioned.
Cisceron allegedly attacked the woman around 7:10 as she was walking in her Mt Peto community to work.
He used a machete to inflict chop wounds to her back and hands, severing them.
The victim remains in hospital.
The two reportedly got married in 2015 and separated December 2016.
